These Terms govern your access to iHypeMe, including the app, website, guided sessions, audio playback, follow-up prompts, waitlist, and related services. By using iHypeMe, you agree to these Terms.
1. What iHypeMe is
iHypeMe provides personalized guided audio sessions for personal reflection, focus, rehearsal, and self-directed listening. The experience may use your intention, answers, selected voice, listening activity, reflections, and feedback to personalize current or future sessions.
2. Not therapy or medical care
iHypeMe is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, crisis support, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional advice. We do not provide clinical, medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic services.
Do not use iHypeMe for emergencies or urgent mental health needs. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or if you need urgent support, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for your account, device access, and the information you provide. You must use iHypeMe lawfully and only if you are old enough to consent to digital services in your location. If you use iHypeMe on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and access
Some features may require a paid subscription or other paid access. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or another app marketplace, your purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, and payment method are handled by that marketplace under its terms.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the marketplace before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Access rules, trial availability, pricing, and included features may vary by country, platform, and offer.
Unless we state otherwise, iHypeMe is designed around one active intention journey at a time during an active subscription period. Sessions that have already been delivered may remain available for playback, but creating, updating, or personalizing new sessions may require active paid access.
5. Personalized and AI-assisted content
iHypeMe may use automated and AI-assisted tools to personalize session text, audio, prompts, and related content. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for deciding whether to listen, pause, stop, or seek professional support.
6. Your content
Your intentions, answers, reflections, ratings, feedback, and similar inputs remain yours. You give iHypeMe permission to use them to operate, personalize, secure, improve, and support the service, including creating and improving guided sessions.
Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, abusive, invasive, or intended to harm yourself or others.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse iHypeMe, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, copy or resell content without permission, submit unlawful content, or use sessions to harm, deceive, harass, exploit, or manipulate anyone.
8. Availability and changes
iHypeMe may change, pause, remove, or limit features, including session creation, playback, subscriptions, follow-up prompts, and personalization. We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users where required.
9. Disclaimers
iHypeMe is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that sessions will produce any specific result, that content will always be available, or that sessions will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iHypeMe and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or expected results.
11. Governing terms from app marketplaces
If you downloaded iHypeMe from the Apple App Store or another marketplace, that marketplace may have additional terms that apply to your download, purchase, subscription, and refund rights.
